Hall Merlot Napa Valley 2007
The 2007 vintage is a rich cuveé from two of Hall’s premier estate vineyards. An alluring nose of bing cherry, violets, cocoa, menthol and baking spice. which leads seamlessly on the palate to a rich and elegant mid-palate. Plush tannins and ripe flavors of black cherry, maple and rum cake. Hints of soy sauce and vanilla in the blackberry-driven finish. This wine will continue to evolve for the next 5-7 years.

It was the first California winery to achieve LEED Gold Certification, they are in the final stages of having the last of their expansive estate vineyards certified organic, and they even use bio-diesel to fuel their farming equipment.
