Jericho Canyon Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2010

The grapes are whole cluster pressed then fermented with cultured and native yeasts in a mix of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. The wine is then aged sur lies and stirred routinely to enhance a long, rich, and complex palate. Jericho Canyon 2010 Sauvignon Blanc has appealing aromas of honeydew melon, kiwi, pineapple juice, and a charming minerality. With its ripe rich flavors, plush juicy core, and a vibrant fresh finish, this wine is a perfect companion to those summer barbeque’s with friends.

ブドウを房ごと圧搾した後、ステンレス・スチールのタンクやフレンチ・オーク樽の中で培養したイーストや自然のイーストを使用して発酵。その後、余韻が長く続く豊潤で複雑な風味をさらに引き出すために定期的に攪拌しながらシュール・リー製法で熟成。

ハニーデュー・メロンやキーウィー、パイナップル・ジュースの芳香とともに漂うミネラル感も魅力的。熟した豊潤な風味。中核は豪華でジューシー。余韻は生き生きとして新鮮。友達と過ごす夏のバーベキューにぴったり。
