Made by Caymus with grapes sourced from Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. Cement tank fermentation and aging bring out a mineral-drive nose with citrus shining through. Lush and creamy with ample acidity that tell you these grapes are grown in a cooler climate. Ripe lemon and grapefruit flavors that finishes dry and balanced.
