Napa Valley Wine Train Cabernet Sauvignon 2009
This is our private label, crafted for us by Raymond Vineyards. It is big and rich, with flavors of dark berry and spice. There is well integrated oak, and just the right amount of tannin in the finish.

ワイントレインのオリジナル。ワイントレインだけのためにレイモンド・ビンヤードで特別に醸造したもの。こくがあって豊潤。黒色系ベリーとスパイスの風味。オーク樽の香りもそれとなく利いていて、適度なタンニンが余韻を締めくくる。濃い味付けの料理や肉料理との相性が良い。
