Bright gold in color. Intense aromas of honeysuckle, bee pollen and apricot nectar are lightly tinged with sea salt and interwoven with notes of baked graham cracker. The ultra plush mouth feel has light tones of honeycomb and juicy summer fruits reminiscent of Crane melon and grilled peach, yet retains an austerity driven by the bright acidity characteristic of this vintage. The long finish lingers with flavors of freshly baked bread, cold winter smoke and clean wet stone.

色は明るい金色。ハニーサックルや蜂花粉、アプリコット・ネクターが大きく香り中に海塩がかすかに漂い、それらの香がベークしたグラハムクラッカーの香と絡み合っている。クレーンメロンやグリルした桃を思わせるジューシーな夏の果実やハチミツが微かに漂う口当たりは非常に贅沢だが、明るい酸味が全体に緊張感も与えている。長い余韻には焼きたてのパンや寒い冬の日の煙、清潔な濡れた石が漂う。
