A later-than-usual harvest in Napa Valley, the result of unseasonably cool temperatures, set us back a bit in our operations. Yet, here we are with an exciting Amuse Bouche 2022, featuring original artwork by Napa Valley's own Beverly Wilson. Hard to believe it has been 20 years since our inaugural release! Amuse Bouche 2022, crafted in the Pomerol-style, is a blend of 91% Merlot and 9% Cabernet Franc from our vineyards in the east Rutherford hills of Napa Valley.
"Pretty nose with cherries, cassis, baking spices and some chocolate on the nose. It's medium- to full-bodied with plush tannins. Well-balanced with an intense core of juicy cherries, herbs and spices intermingling. Focused finish with excellent length."
