カトレア ピノ・ノワール ソノマ郡 2019ちょっと控え目で可憐で焦点のしっかり合ったワイン。スパイスをまぶした赤色黒色系果実やブーケ、砕いた石の香りが漂うエキゾチックな芳香と風味。ミディアムボディー。特に完璧な熟した全く角のないタンニンが舌の中ほどで立ち上がってくる感じが素晴らしい。余韻も言うことなし。ビビアン・ゴンザレス・レーヴさんがまたもや作る素晴らしいワイン。alc. 14.5% |
