Cherry Tart by Cherry Pie Pinot Noir California 2014 

Made by Jayson Woodbridge, Hundred Acres famous 100 point winemaker. He has applied his signature Pinot Noir (Cherry Pie) making “micro fermentation” technique to three single vineyards Rogers Creek in Sonoma, Alta Loma in Monterey and Los Alamos in Santa Barbara County to create his new multi-vineyard blend, Cherry Tart Pinot Noir.
This Pinot Noir exhibits notes reminiscent of cherry pie, plums, cranberries a hint of wild strawberries. This rich and pure wine offers abundant aromas of cloves, sweet apple skins and Rainier cherries. Its rich texture with fresh flavors of Bing cherry and red plum lead to a long finish.
