ダオウ リザーブ カベルネ・ソービニオン パソ・ロブレス 2020パソ・ロブレスがボルドースタイルのワインんお産地として世界的に通用することを示すワイン。ブラックラズベリーやカラント、パイプタバコのクラッシックな香りにはクランベリーやベーキングスパイス、リコリス、粘板岩、ダークチョコレートを思わせる香も漂う。ブルーベリーやブラックラズベリー、野生のチェリー、カシスの贅沢な風味は非常に良く溶け込んでいて、トッフルやドライハーブ、林床を思わせる香も漂う。表現豊かで滑らかだが骨格もしっかりしている。今いただいても美味しいが、寝かせれば優雅さやニュアンスが引き続き発展していくことだろう。 |
