ファイラ シャルドネ ソノマ・コースト 2018ファイラの醸造家兼オーナーは、エレ ン・ジョーダン氏。カルトワイナリー、ターリーでアシスタント醸造家を務めた後、立ち上げたのがこのファイラ。白桃やシトラス系フルーツ、花の香りのなかに石灰岩も漂う。ミディアム・ボディー。トロピカルフルーツやメイヤーレモン、ライムのフルーツ感がふんだんに楽しめる。酸味がキリッと利いていて、ドライ。
