The Sonoma Coast’s rocky, well-drained terrain and elevated proximity to the cool Pacific Ocean allow Flowers Vineyard to grow Pinot Noir with fresh, bright red fruit flavors, soft tannins, and bright acidity. Flowers 100% Pinot Noir has a deep ruby red color with aromas of wild berries, savory dried herbs, and subtle earthiness lift elegantly from any glass. On the palate, flavors of Bing cherry, rhubarb, and pomegranate are framed by fine-grained tannins, earthy minerality, and bright acidity. This wine has an enduring fresh finish.
フラワーズ ピノ・ノワール ソノマ・コースト 2018フラワーズの畑は、ナパの西隣、ソノマ郡の太平洋沿岸地域にあり岩が多く水はけが良い。冷涼な太平洋からも近く、しかも高地にある。赤色フルーツ類の新鮮な風味と明るい酸味が特徴のピノ・ノワール種のブドウが良く育つ。ピノ・ノワール100％。濃いルビー色。野生のベリー類やドライハーブに微かに香る土の香りがとてもエレガント。口中にはビングチェリーやダイオウ、ザクロの風味。キメの細かいタンニンの舌触りも良く、土の香りのするミネラル感や明るい酸味も楽しい。さわやかな余韻が長く続く。alc. 14.1% |
