With a slight hint of freshly mowed grass and light tropical fruit, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc is one of their finest. Mostly fermented in stainless steel tanks, our winemaker, Their wine maker, Eric Lyman, took 10% of the fruit from the Rawls Vineyard and aged it in French oak, giving it a rounded, full mouth-feel. The Berquist Vineyard grapes, which comprise 27% of the blend, spent 24 hours in contact with the skins. This process gave the wine a light golden glow with slightly more body and structure.
