A small cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fermented and together in stainless steel and neutral oak aged there prior to bottling. Bright and fresh mouthfeel coming from the SB is balanced well and softened by the elegant roundness of the Semillon. Provides fresh aromas of crisp honeysuckle, quince, and white currants. Medium-bodied elegant dry white.
