Cuve M is a modern, slightly sweet sparkling release made up of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Meunier. A beautiful light peach rose color with lovely aromas of white and yellow stone fruits and subtle hints of wild strawberry. Flavors of peach and pear combine with a creamy caramel character. Great as an aperitif with hors d'oeuvres or in a champagne cocktail.
