The 2022 Blank Stare pours a bright pale gold wi th an enticing shimmer of jade. Opening aromatics pilfer from the glass as it pours—notes of key lime, Granny Smith apple and hints of grapefruit, white pepper, frangipani and minerality. On the palate, the entry is crisp and fresh with bright lemon-lime, a touch of grapefruit and guava. The mid-palate and finish complement each other with a delicate and elegant fade of tropical mangosteen and lychee framed by youthful acidity.
