Shira made by Caymus, and the fruits were sourced from the southern Australia. Bold yet nuanced, featuring scents and flavors of smoky meat, chocolate, wet soil with a hint of mint that stems from native trees. Traces of brown spice add a final kick to lush fruit on the finish.

レッド・スクーナー・バイ・ケイマス　トランジット・No. 2　 レッド　サウスオーストラリア　オーストラリア　  ナパ・バレーの銘醸ワイナリー、ケイマスが南オーストラリアからのシラー種の果実を使用して作るワイン。大胆でありながらニュアンスがある。スモークした肉やチョコレート、濡れた土の香りと風味には原産地の木々からくると思われるミントが微かに香る。豊潤な果実味が漂う余韻ではブラウンスパイスがアクセントとして効いてくる。ほとんどがシラー。ほんの少しカベルネ・ソービニオンをブレンド。
