ピノ・ノアールとシャルドネからなるスパークリング。カリフォルニアの北部沿岸地域（メンドシーノ、ナパ、ソノマ、マリンの各郡）からのブドウを使用。イチゴやスイカの芳香にシナモン・トーストの香りが微かに漂うブーケに思わず生唾を飲んでしまう。細かい泡とベリーやシトラスのピリッとフレッシュな香りが、調和の取れた風味にアクセントを添えている。 世界中の国際行事でも多々採用され、ホワイトハウスの公式晩餐会では何政権にも渡って連続で採用されている。alc. 12.6%
