William Hill Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2016

This Sauvignon Blanc is primarily fermented in stainless steel, while some lots were fermented in barrels or concrete eggs for additional lees contact, which contributes to the wine’s creaminess. It is rich and lingering, offering density and weight on the palate while retaining the grape’s signature bright acidity and hints of minerality. Opening with aromas and flavors of passion fruit, grapefruit and kaffir lime, the creamy mid-palate features notes of white peach, honeydew and guava. Juicy tropical notes linger on the long, persistent finish.
